Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Easy all.

I've uploaded a new BCR2000 preset for the DSI Evolver to the files section, in the presets folder.

There's a screenshot of the BC Manager display in the zip so you can see what does what. Should mostly be self explanatory. 

What's included and the way it's laid out is oriented more towards what I consider useful for performance rather than patch creation. You'll see that most of the buttons, and the encoder 'push' functions, are set up to cycle through things like oscillator shapes and lfo settings, so you can jab away randomly and the patch usually still makes some sense. ;)

There are probably a few improvements that could be made but it's good enough for me for now and it takes long enough to do all the sysex editing even with BC Manager.
