FW: [bc2000] BCF 2000 and NI Traktor 3

I figured this out for myself, The buttons on the bcf need to be in TOGGLE OFF mode. I tried using the BCedit software, but it fails with a timeout when I try to write my modified preset back to the BCF. Found it much easier to use the edit function on the unit itself. ( hold edit, press the button you wish to edit, use the rotary controllers to change the params for the button, the 6th encoder accross controlsl the toggle mode for buttons, then press exit. Easy...) ________________________________

Is anyone here using Native Instruments Traktor and the BCF 2000? I have been trying to assign some of the buttons on the BCF to functions like pitch bend, but it does not work very well as the buttons toggle on and must be pressed again to toggle off, so to do a momentary pitch bend requires 2 button presses. Is there a way around this? Does anyone have an traktor template tks files they would care to share? regards, Paul ________________________________ From: bc2000@yahoogroups.com [mailto:bc2000@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Tadas Sasnauskas Sent: Monday, 29 January 2007 2:59 AM To: bc2000@yahoogroups.com Subject: [bc2000] store/restore controller values Hello, So I use "store" button to store curren values of all encoders & buttons. After I switch my bcr2000 on, I see those values again, it's fine. But can I restore those values without switching it on/off?.. For example I want to restart playing my "composition". How do I do that?.. (yeah, I tried reading manual, no luck so far, it's not very clear I guess). Thanks for help! :) -- I like random noise generation, and when I grow up, I want to be random noise generation too
