I have four of the little buggers. I tried them under Reaper when I saw there was support for it and it worked fine. I only messed with volume and pan and abandoned the trial of Reaper after just an hour or so as it didn't rock me.

A hour is not really enough of time to know Reaper, but volume and pan is all I can get working with my purchased version of Reaper. ________________________________ From: Ron Anderson <bitman2112@...> To: bc2000@yahoogroups.com Sent: Tue, April 5, 2011 7:33:59 PM Subject: Re: [bc2000] Re: Help with BFC2000 and Reaper I have four of the little buggers. It works for me using MCU mode rather than any other BCF Reaper preset. It was pretty much plug and play, no particular tweaking required. So apart from confirming that it can be done, I can't help much. cheers Ralph --- In bc2000@yahoogroups.com, TOMMY SPAHLHOLZ <twostonemusic@...> wrote:

IF you plan on persevering with reaper, there is any amount o fhelp available on the repaer user forum. if you google search the forum on bcf2000 you will find several very very helpful threads. A gent named Klinke has come up with a really good basic setup for BCF and reaper - I was banging my head on a brick wall till I found it and now my BCF2000 is working great, including the transport, etc. As far as Reaper is concerned, I am ex Sonar up to 8.5.3 and struggled with switching the sonar part of my brain off to start with. Reaper IS different but in a good way. Can I suggest that you try again but this time download reamenus version 8, which removes a lot of the clutter from the first menus you get to see, also SWS`s modifications to Reaper, which add a lot of functionality without much effort. The combination of the three makes Reaper a LOT easier to adapt to, particularly since it is SO flexible and customisable but of course this is a weakness as well as a strength. Well I went to Reaper and they directed me here and I downloaded the kline SX file installed in the Reaper plugin folder and all I get went I hit the transport button on the BFC2000 is a midi error message. Also my BFC2000 will not work in Mackie mode for some reason and I have downloaded and updated Mackie latest update.
