I want to edit the Mackie Control template to switch some things around like changing the "mute" button to "solo". Can it be done?

Yes they can all be edited however you like. Use Bcmamager. I suggest copying the parts you want from one preset to another that way you can assign them to the buttons you wish. Or copying the solo's to another preset, and the mutes. then delete them in the current preset, then copy them back into the right places you want.... Hmm... not sure if that made any sense. --- In bc2000@yahoogroups.com, "MD" <forumsonly@...> wrote:

i think in mackie mode you cant change anything in bcmanager in this case, you can use only translation in another layer. --- In bc2000@yahoogroups.com, "-" <k5kip_1999@...> wrote:

Yes - you are correct, if you are using the BCF mackie mode. If you are using one of the presets that I or others have created for bcf or bcr then, you can edit them however you want. So there is the question - which is this user using? --- In bc2000@yahoogroups.com, "michal.mayer@..." <michal.mayer@...> wrote:

Yes of course, but the name of this thread is " Can the Mackie Control Template be edited" maybe there exists some normal (not emulation mode) template, that has exactly the same controls and can be used as mackie mode (with differences like shift buttons and etc) but usually, if somebody speak about Mackie control on the bcf, think emulation mode. --- In bc2000@yahoogroups.com, "-" <k5kip_1999@...> wrote:
