Wrap values from a button push?

Wrap values from a button push?

2012-08-05 by -

Hey all,
I have been away for a while and was happy with what I had going on BCR.
I have a new device.
Line 6 Flextone III plus. Midi controllable guitar amp.
The bcr makes editing the amp into some nice presets a breeze.
Since I have been gone I have forgotten much.

I have several buttons I want to wrap incremented values back to starting position, please help.

Example case
One button
Say CC#58 with min val 1 = 0 and max val 2 = 5
I want the button push to increment +1 and wrap back to 0 after it reaches 5.
I don't think I can do this with standard output.
I need to generate custom output lines.
Suggestions please...

Thanks a bunch.
Kip

Thanks to the wonderful BC midi imp file I found what I was looking for.
Make the val 2 = to the smallest value and
val1 = to the largest.
This works great - button pushes wrap back around.
Thanks again
