BCF2000 control of LS9 - definition files?

OK, so this has probably already been covered but I can't find any "simple" posts or files. Latest seems to be 5 years ago! I just want to remote control an LS9 with a BCF2000 and not spend the next week finding all the NPRN values. Has somebody already posted editor presets or just a table of values to load so I can get fader/pan/On control from the BCF? Here's hoping I don't need to burn late night oil! Richard
