all knobs jumping to middle values

hey guys! i am using the bcr2000 with ableton live for techno djing and live-performances for two years now. during this time it sometimes happened when i turning a knob all other knobs jump to a middle-position (the LEDs are half "filled"). all the mapped parameters are also jumping, of course, what regularly leads to disastrous effects on my mix - track volume and EQ three down to half and all the effects up a half, you can imagine…. since i use ableton as a rewire slave for tractor 2 this problems occurs even more often, as it seems. of course, i checked my mappings for double cc-values and i am sure as hell that every knob has one of its own. and while every knob reacts when the problem occurs i don't believe it has something to do with the mapping. can anybody help me? has you encountered the very same problem? with other programs eventually? please let me know. theres a gig on wednesday and i really would like to use my tractor-ableton-set-up then. greetings -moritz-
