BCR2000 Service Manual???

I own several BCR2000's and I've yet to come across a service manual.
Does anyone know how to obtain a service manual for these controllers?
I might have to do a 'mission impossible' into an authorized service center if nothing shows up.
Has anyone at least made a comprehensive parts list for either unit (BCR/BCF?)
