Yes. I've done extensive work setting up my BCR2000 to control my Prophet 12 via NRPN. How can I help?

specifically, I would like to use the BCR2000 to control the pitches of the sequencer to make it less crazy to create sequences and ultimately the whole sequence process.

That one's outside my expertise...sounds cool though!

Hi Dennis,

Check out the Zaquencer

https://zaqaudio.com <https://zaqaudio.com/>

I have not used it, and I don’t know how it can interact with internal sequencer, but this might work for you.

Alex

Dennis - can I encourage you to upload your DSI Prophet presets to the Files > Presets folder. I don't have a Prophet at present but I might do in a few years' time :) so it would be nice to know your work is available to others, if you are willing.

Alex - Zaquencer is an interesting use of the BCR hardware but it wouldn't enable any interaction with patch-specific sequences in a DSI synth. The advanatge of being able to edit a DSI sequence is that it is saved as part the patch data (I think).

Bill - just looking at the BCR Group Files > Presets folder, there are presets for DSI Mopho, Tetra and Evolver, so you might find something useful in there for the DSI in-built sequences. I haven't looked and it could be that they only deal with sound editing, not sequence editing, like Dennis's Prophet preset.

Good luck!
