Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all. I have a BCF2000 and just picked up a Roland MKS7 (basically a rack Juno 106 with some extra bells and whistles). I'd REALLY like to use the BCF to control the MKS , but the ability to train the BCF is eluding me because the MKS has no MIDI out.

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions (or even a saved Juno 106/MKS7) preset that they may be able to share?

PS. I'd also like to control my Alpha Juno 1 with the BCF, although that's probably a little easier to achieve by myself (although if anyone happens to have a ready-made preset, it would be gratefully accepted) - don't want to push my luck though... The MKS7 is far more important!
