BCR & CUBASE

BCR & CUBASE

2005-11-28 by entaksh

Hi to all.

I just have started to create music with cubase and bcr2000.
After a lot of reading i have understand some things but still i
have some questions.

I have download .syx files and i have store them successful on the
bcr, the problem is that i want to make some changes on that present.
I'm also using the b-controller program it helps me to load the
presents on the hardware, but i can't understand how to do changes.

So,

Can anybody tell me how I can manual config the bcr on cubase?
And also if someone have ever use the learn mode on the bcr and how?
(because i try to config it through the learn mode but i couldn't)

Thanx

To use the bcr with cubase you go to device setup / Generic remote
Making sure the midi in / midi out of the generic remote goes to the BCR port.

I wrote my own patch using Yateng.zip as my starting point all you need to change to configure it to your liking is in the lowwer pannel in the Generic remote page.

You'll find more bcr (cubase) templates on this page.

If you are starting with the Mackie Control set up, I think I read in
the docs that came with it, that it cannot be edited.
