BC USB Drivers

Hi all, lashed out and bought a BCF today. Connected it up and off I go. Easy. Connected it to Sonar first so I could try out the interface already built for the BCF. Wouldn't work. Tried my editor. Connected to the correct USB Midi ports. Nothing! Tried the Midi port (S-1) and it all worked perfectly. Ah, the USB driver that has been faithfull working with my BCR doesn't work with a new version BCF (both V1.10) Downloaded the new USB driver and it works fine. Not quite as hard a problem as Carma's but very frustrating just the same. Looks like there may have been a change to the firmware or perhaps I'm just slow at updating stuff when it is working OK. Perhaps everyone (BCF and BCR) that hasn't installed the latest USB drivers(same driver for both BCF and BCR) v1.213 might like to give it a try. (Normal download page) Interesting that the manual that came with the new unit is the first edition of 2003. The PDF on the site is v1.1 2004 and includes mode S-4. Perhaps they had a lot of V1.0 printed. All the best Royce
