Did you do the upgrades for the software and the USB driver? It's all on the Behringer webpage for the BCF2000.

Despite just buying it recently, it could still have old software installed.

Neither the manufacturers nor the stores go around updating equipment on their shelves. They just assume that if it doesn't work right for you, that you will somehow find out about it and do it yourself.

Subject: Frustrating problem with BCFView

I just got my BCF a few days ago and am ready to hurl myself out the
window. Luckily I live on the ground floor.

I am having NO luck with BCFView showing me anything - I just get a
big blue box with no numbers, no nothing. I have selected the BCF as
the input and still snake eyes.

Anybody able to tell me what I am doing wrong?
