I reckon there's room for an EG with a just a little bit more
flexibility than a simple ADSR, as well as a monster
many-parameter device. 2 or more attack, decay and release
levels have been common in digital synths for many years - it' be
great to have that little bit of extra control in analogue designs
for common synth jobs - VCA or VCF EG etc. as well as the
weirder patches.
Voltage control would be a big plus. With devices like the
midibox CV + SHX8 extension, (64 CV outs!!!) voltage control of
many parameters is getting possible.
