On the MASTER divider and Gated comparator, yes. On the Pulse divider, no.
For the pulse divider, decrease the 100k resistor between the output and
ground to 1k, or 680R etc. For the inverter part of CGS36, add a 680 R
across the emitter-collector of the output transistor. The AND and OR gates
can easilly be adjusted by changing the values of the resistors already there.
