Cgs synth

I started to put together a page for my Bi-N-Tic filter PT2395
echo, and the mini keyboard projects. I'm starting first by
creating the parts list. I haven't yet built the boards but
these are the parts I selected and ordered from Mouser.
I'll update these as the projects progress.
