I'm chuckling over something I noticed in the Synthacon VCF instructions. In
the first paragraph, Ken says "Its sound is quite unlike Moog ladder, has a
lot of character." But then in his tweaking notes, John Loffink says in his
last paragraph "This is a great filter ... with lots of character. It sounds
very Moog ladderish..."
So I guess it's agreed that it has character, but whether or not it has
ladder-nature is up for debate. :-)
