Besides the stooge panels (highly recommended) there are a number of panel designs for CGS modules available in the files section of the "ModularSynthPanels" Yahoo group.
These designs are in .fpd format, which is used by the free Front Panel Designer program from Front Panel Express (http://www.frontpanelexpress.com)... using the program, you can submit an order to FPE and they manufacture and ship the panel to you.
