Building the ASR, I put the 4024 binary counter in backwards and
powered up. Nothing to speak of out of the outs, at least nothing
that changed with the clock, just some very high freq stuff.
So I put the 4024 back in properly oriented, and got the same result.
I'm thinking I fried it - waht say you all? I've ordered another in
any case...
