My gate sequencer prototype tends to start off with two outputs high when
first powered. Sending a reset signal cures this, so it isn't really a
concern. Automatic resetting on power up can be achieved by soldering a 100n
capacitor between the switched contact of the Disable jack and +15 Volts.
