Hello,
Here I am w/ another totally beginner question... I see a lot of
people put in level pots for the inputs to the modules they are
building (audio in, CV in FM level, etc). For me, since I will not be
using all of these modules at once, I think I could save space and
pots by building a seperate 'module' for level adjustment. Can I just
wire up some pots w/ one side to an input jack, middle to an output
jack, and other side to ground? Will this work to adjust the level
for both audio and CV's?
While Im asking, what do I use to split signals? I have asked this
before, about just using a Y cable sort of thing. That does work, but
I have also seen schematics for a simple op amp circuit that splits
one signal into several. Is there a reason to use one over the
other? is the opamp doing the same thing, but more precise?
Thanks for all your help
Scott
