The column outputs marked as OP1-8 can be. The ones marked as C should not be.

Their length is one full clock cycle.

Marked as Clock Out. Not directly. You would need to add a buffer.

No. It is for internal use only. Output Disable.

Yes.

> One last thing, can you mod something to cascade 1 set of switches to the

second set for 16 step lengths? Figure this one is a long shot.

Cascade two complete sets of boards together. Yes.
