I realized i said Serge and not Buchla about an hour after i posted it :)

Thanks for your quick response. I think i'd like to go the Banana
route, as stackability is a natural advantage, and i'm trying quite
hard to inherit a friend's 4-panel Serge system. I'm just worried i'll
have no idea how to modify modules made by Blacet or whomever when the
time comes.

I didnt realize this about the 6" PCB's, that about seals the deal on
Banana right there.
