Back off on the volumes of all three. The mixer is a summer - when the peaks
coincide it adds them together, the result being greater than the mixer can
handle (i.e. over 26 to 28V swing - over + or - 13 to 14 volts).

Alternately find an averaging mixer. No I don't have one.
