An alternative would be to get the MIDI/Gate thing from Elby and use
a cheap drum machine (I have 2 tr-505s) as a sequencer.
The Korg Electribes are more expensive, but are really good for live
use since you can go from "record" to "play" mode without stopping,
similar to the tr-606.
