Hello all,
I've put 90% of the CGS Steiner VCF PCB together. While trying to
dance with its alleged input-capacitor capers, I still soldered one
in incorrectly. During the removal of said cap (the HP input 1uF,
where I'm going to place a link.), I sucked up the two little round
metallic 'joints' on the PCB where the cap was, leaving a 'gap' in a
couple of the PCB traces.
I tried to lay a little solder in the holes but it won't stick. I'm
guessing I'll have to use some wire jumpers to complete the traces in
a rough 'point to point' fashion.
Any advice?
This is my first PCB population attempt and I'm sure this will happen
to me again.
Next up, the CGS WaveMultiplier!
Thanks and Best Regards,
Chris
