Looking for a CGS56 Gate Converter PCB

Hi folks,

as the subject says, I'm looking for a CGS56 Gate Converter PCB to add sub outs to my Bin-N-Tic. If anyone has a spare board lying around that they'd like to sell I'd be mighty obliged.
