Re: Digital Noise advice

>I'm getting good audio signals out of both the digital and filtered
outputs. The digital outputs seem to effect the CV ins of other modules
quite well also. Both LEDs are lit up when the unit is powered and they will
flicker slightly in time with small changes in sound output. They are lit
pretty close to solidly lit however, as the output pulses are always quite
fast. The CV input appears to work fine, both my keyboard 1v/oct and ADSR
change the sounds dramatically and the speed pot works when a cv signal is
present, although not when there is nothing connected to the CV in jack
(although I think thats how the circuit is supposed to work).

There should be a "normalised" connection via the jack switch that allows
the speed pot to be used even when there is no extternal CV pludded in.

>Where I'm having a problem is the clock in. If I plug something into the
clock in jack the module goes silent, the LEDs go out and the module doesn't
respond to the device plugged into it. I've tried both the ADSR and the
1v/oct signal from my keyboard and neither have an effect.

You are feeding it the wrong type of signal. You would want to be feeding
this a square wave from your LFO or VCO.

Other than the speed control issue, this sounds like it is working correctly.
