>What is the RESET function on the panel supposed to be? Is it a jack and

LED or push button and LED? Either way I'm sort of confused about how to
wire either in.

Jack and Pushbutton.

I'd connect the wirefrom the PCB to the jack tip, and the jack tip via a 1k
to the push button. The other side of the push button goes to +VE
