If the CV phase offset is a phase offset of a periodic CV input, then
you've put a very difficult design problem in front of this circuit.
There is no simple solution for this if you can't predict the input
waveform. It would be easier to generate the out of phase signals from
the source, such as a VC LFO with multiple outputs.
