Hi Ken
Have replaced the BC547 in same orientation as per PCB stencil.
I see now that this is the same as a reversed transistor as the BC547 pinout is opposite to the 2N3565.
Still no function.
Constant LED has stopped , don't know if thats good or bad in this case.
Have checked IC orientations. All correct.
I'm completely stumped.
