CGS755 is close enough to the BAN04R0 board. It's just a double sided version of the same thing.
CYN14 and CYN06 have never been released publicly. The Steiner is more or less the same as the CGS35, but with the addition of a VC resonance.
The ADSR is based on the SSM chip, and referring to its data sheet will give you most of what you need to know.
