Cgs synth

I have uploaded the picture and a very brief description of the Dome Filter
to CGS, though for some reason the web server seems to be taking a nap right
now.

The board is similar to what he has done due to its identical origins.

The details for the Cynare are also up now, though I still have to do the VCO.
