Actually I have contacted Bernie and he has agreed to post that particular article online. I have also purchased the Musical Engineer's Handbook. I didn't mean to start a stir with my original post. I honestly had never heard of Electronotes before. I work in academia and am used to open access. However, having read about the work Bernie has put into this project, I completely agree that he should be compensated. This collection seems like an electronic music holy grail of sorts.
