Re: CGS29 Wave Multiplier Panel 1B Wiring Question

2015-12-09 by Julien Pauty

This is how I would wire it:
- offset pot -VE, OFS, +VE
- pot above offset pot: -VE, MAN, +VE so that you can control the folding manually.
- The VC jack => VC Folds

Chain is probably to send the lockart folder out (OUT) to the input of the main folder (TR IN). Wire on the middle connector of the switch and the other on one of the remaining side connectors.

I took inspiration from this which is for the BOG: http://www.diophantine.net/synth/bocgs/bocgs-wiring.html

Cheers,

Julien

I found the Implementation of the CGS29 in this panel a bit weird and ended up swapping it out for a CGS113.
This could have been due to construction error on my part due to long hours of soldering with no breaks. It was also my first CGS panel build.
Anyway , i was happy i changed it on this panel.
I find the implementation of the CGS29 on the BOG excellent though...

As Ken says you be best to contact Jon from the Human Comparator - (Zthee on Muffs). He's pretty busy with the TTSH and other projects though. Good Luck.

you may find more information on Muffwiggler.com, or by asking the person who designed the panels.
