im new to the group and know little about design ..so i am a little
cloudy about some things and have too many questions ...just wanted
to start saying "HI" and i hope that i can get some freaking help !

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
