To put it simply, ignore them.

Not everybody uses MOTM connectors. These holes are to allow for other types
of power connection.


The first "+"

Somewhere convenient to connect the positive of the frequency pot.

Not used by this board. If you look on the back, the track simply runs
across to a pad on the other side of the PCB. This is because some of my
synthsizer uses this power configuration, and I need to pas +6 volts through
to the next module in the row,

No.

The Frequency pot goes between +15 and 0 volts with its wiper to one CV input.

Only two wires of the resonance pot are used.
Only two wires of the level pot are used.

These pot questions have already been answered by several people.

A serious sugestion - find a text book that explains how to read circuit
diagrams, ann explains the ways in which components are used. You will then
be able to answer a lot of these questions yourself.
