At least two approaches:

Batches of panels are run several times per year. Currently there is one
run going and you would have to contact Larry Hendry to find out when the
next batch (if available) will be run.
(2) Front Panel Express (for custom panels not offered by the Stooges):

One advantage of Front Panel Express is that they have a MS Windows based
program with which you can design your own panels.
There are some 'skilled metalworkers' on this list that make their
own motm format front panels from scratch.
