Bandpass filters and DC mixer Question

Bandpass filters and DC mixer Question

2004-11-02 by stuadh

I'm nearly finished a 3 channel formant filter as suggested on the
CGS site. I have a question about wiring the filters to the mixer,
before I blow anything up. Where does the OUT bus go to?
Does it go to one of the inputs on the mixer, or like it appears to
suggest on the GCS 30 page, to point B on the mixer? If it does
go to point B, how then do you wire up the master level pot?

Many thanks in advance,

Stuadh

The OUT 2 bus is made by connecting all OUT 2 pads together and running them
to point B on the bixer, as stated. this works because the mixing resistors
are already on the bandpass filters. The master level pot, if required,
still goes between A and B as per the mixer instructions.

There is no OUT bus, as the pads labelled OUT go to individual output
sockets if needed. If individual outs are not needed, the OUT pads are not used.
