Cgs synth

hi all,
I finaly got the time, energy and parts to
complete my steiner vcf. all is working it seems,
but the Q. I get very little effect from the Q pot.
I heard scracthing ( DC on the line, 3 Volts), but no
change in Q.

Any thoughts were to look for problem? Could the 2907 pnp tran be
bad or a
2n222 with low gain....

otherwise nice little vcf. I need to check the notes for
the freq knob adjust now ....

so far of the CGS board all have work the first power pn - Ken great
designs.
