more abbreviations

Hi all, first post, relative newbie
Curious what those abbreviations on the Jacks are for. I can tell from the
circuit what goes where.

TP - Signal
SL - Ground
SW - (obviously) - Switching

But what does TP and SL stand for?

Thanks,
Rafael

TP = Tip
SL = Sleeve

On a stereo jack, the third connection is the Ring. Thus for a
balanced connector they are called TRS (tip, ring, sleeve)
