The most likely problem is the switches themselves, or your wiring to them.
Make sure you haven't got any wires swapped. If both tri and square are very
weak, it can't be the TL072 used for the triangle buffering. If all other
oscillators are loud enough, it can't be the TL072 used as the output mixer
either.
