Cgs synth

I finished the Slope Detector last night, great module.... In Ken's instructions it mentions if using the Range switch to use a larger capacitor for the second 100n so you can more than double the sensitivity (I made a spot for the range switch on the panel so I figure I should make this useable), any suggestions on cap sizes?
