I'm bach ... er... I'm back

I'm bach ... er... I'm back

2007-02-07 by Ken Stone

After the better part of a week my phone line was fixed, and I've now
had a couple of days to catch up. Theoretically that means I can now
deal with emails again!

He could, again theoretically, be using an ADSL line, meaning that a
physical cable breakage would break his access.

Dial-up at a miserable 28800. The line is too crappy to support anything
faster - it occasionally connects at 31200 but never higher. ADSL apparently
isn't possible - I'm too far from the exchange.
