There are several good sources for tubes, but the best for the tubes
you want is likely to be Antique Electronic Supply. You can also get

For popular guitar amplifier tubes, there may be better deals - caveat
emptor! I know and trust AES, however.
Depending on where you are located, local amateur radio clubs may have
regular swap meets called "hamfests". You may be able to buy a lot of
used and new tubes at events like these. The prices tend to be quite
low as most of the venders are only trying to clean out their storage
spaces! Hamfests are also a great venue for purchasing good used test
gear on the cheap. To find hamfests near you, check out
http://www.arrl.org and click on the Hamfest tab. One word of caution
about these events - you will be surrounded by overweight old codgers
with offensive fashion sense. Sadly, I fit in that group...
