need help - new cynare issues

I just recently completed a CGS cynare that I am powering using Blacet PS500. The
problem is when I patch it all up and power it on all I get is a regularly repeating popping
sound. I get this from the VCA OUT and MIX OUT and without anything patched to the
trigger.
