Sequential switch glide add-on question

Hi,
I'm building the CGS sequential switch using the Bridechamber panel.
I've got it all wired up and working beautifully and now I want to
add the final step which is the glide :)
I've got what I can understand from Scott's site all wired up but
there are two things I'm not too clear on, how to wire the switch and
the wire from pin 3 to linked out switch (what hole does it go to).
Any help would be appreciated.
