For the psycho, look at the diagram of the super-psycho, which has the leds
in it, and copy that, including the transistors.

The remainder of them would require emitter followers at least, though they
are not ideal. Propper op-amp based drivers would be better. I don't have
anything to hand to show what I mean though.

updated Schaeffer matrix mixer to CGS Files

2003-06-17 by Jeffrey Pontius

If anyone is interested, I uploaded an updated Schaeffer front panel
design for Ken's matrix mixer. I intend to make my mixer as fixed bipolar
(no switches) - IMO just makes the mixer more straight forward to use
with little functional loss. It is pretty much a "no frills" design
because the mixer is a very straight forward module. Holes are designed
for the pots that Ken offers, and for SWitchcraft 112A's. Note that the
OUTS are farther from the pots than the IN's because of the pcb design.
This is located in the Preliminary Panel Designs directory because I'm
not 100% sure this is what I want, and I still have to check
locations/sizes for the upteenth time.

If you would like a design with some switches and more front panel
graphics, see elle_webb's design (in .pdf) - it is very nice.

The panel looks great. Adding the multiples is a good use of space,
and would be useful along with a mixer..

I'm not sure if there's much value in adding the polarity switches or
not. Anybody build it with the switches?

I'm looking at getting something like this made with the next Stooge
panel run. The cost should be about half of the Schaeffer panels, if
several people get them done. I'm open for layout suggestions, too.

Thanks - "bare bones". Actually I couldn't think of anything else that
would fit into the bottom row, so I just added mults, figuring they would
be handy.

Any comments on the panel design are appreciated, Jeff
