Look for LM3140.

CA3130 will be destroyed in this circuit.

I have some to spare. Email me off list, I'll send you my address and if you mail me a stamped, addressed envelope back to yourself I'll put send you one (they were only $0.79 each, and I'm generally generous).

Alternatively, you can go to the source where I got mine from in Santa Clara, CA, USA:

http://halted.com/commerce/catalog/product.jsp?product_id=12502&czuid=1344372423996

Shipping might be prohibitive though, per where you live or purchasing just one IC. Might have order minimums/penalites for too small an order.

Try the ebay seller from China called POLIDA or Tayda Electronics , they both have them for just over $2 for 5 pieces with Free Shipping.

I have always found POLIDA to be a trustworthy ebay seller and buy from Tayda regularly.

Tayda is even cheaper from their webpage and shipping is fast and cheap.

hope this helps.

Thanks to all reply i have another question, the reason of the destruction is the negative voltage on the ca3031?

CA3130 can only handle half the voltage of the CA3140. It is also
unbelievably fragile. That is one chip that any static at all will kill.
CA3140 was developed to replace it.

I can testify to that.
The CA3130 is the only chip I ever killed, just by looking at it... So to speak.

Alas, in some cases, the CA3140 does not always work (or work properly) where a CA3130 is asked for.
