Newbee questions

2012-08-23 by eric Dtreize

This is my first message to the list, hello to everybody.

I'm thinking about building a cgs 33 matrix mixer.

But I see two different versions (I know, one is for eurorack, the
other one for anything else :)).

In the euro version there are caps in parallel with the return of
ouputs to - -minus) input.

In the general version there is a second return with voltage divisor
and a double diode.

What's the use of these and why is there these differences ?

These stop the op-amps from self-oscillating. It is good practice to include
them.

This was a limiter. It isn't needed.

The Euro version is the later, up to date version.
